An excellent combination of gourmet and technical cuisine, with dishes based on local, seasonal produce.

Culinary emotion guaranteed if you climb the steps of the Passage Darracq that lead to this restaurant as discreet as it is excellent. This tasty new restaurant was born of the friendship of 2 boys who both graduated from the Ferrandi school. Gourmandise and technical expertise come together around local, seasonal products that Maxime and Nicolas unearth in Béarn or in the Pyrenean hinterland. The result is a perfect egg with an airy wild garlic mousse, or long-cooked hake draped in beet and apple vinegar. Finally, dare to try the duo of strawberry and asparagus ice cream. A real success!

This Monday-opening restaurant is ideal for a 100% epicurean moment at the start of the week!

Sans hésiter mon restaurant préféré sur Pau et même ailleurs. Meilleur plat de ma vie et je pèse mes mots avec le dessert au chèvre qui est juste incroyable.

Au détour d'une ruelle, dans un petit escalier ... Un petit restaurant très bien décoré, des plats travaillés avec des mélanges de saveurs qu'on a pas l'habitude de goûter ( même une pomme de terre devient un vrai délice ! ) des assiettes tellement jolies ... Chaque plat est expliqué au moment du service, tout ça dans une ambiance très agréable , pas trop guindée ! Une très très belle découverte
