A fine address offering truffle dishes by chef Zian Bodou and a 3- or 5-course menu that changes twice a month
But don't be fooled by appearances in this uncluttered interior, where meticulous service barely disturbs the calm of a Chopin arabesque playing in the background! Zian Bodou, who trained with Michel Guérard and Philippe Etchebest - pardon the pun! -his dishes are full of daring. Not hesitating to distill a famous eau de parfum to season a roasted meat, to serve a cep cappuccino as a starter and parsley ice cream for dessert, this young chef from Pau likes to turn codes on their head. The 3 or 5-course menu (8 in the evening) changes twice a month. A great address if you've got the time and the inclination to astonish your taste buds with elegance.
