Brasserie with terrace offering classic dishes with fresh products and the chef's touch.
Close to the courthouse and its magnificent fountains, this 3-level brasserie serves bistro-style dishes throughout the week, all with the chef's signature touch. Here, the produce is fresh and you know where it comes from. The varnished wood decor has an elegant "retro" feel. Enjoy the grilled beef skewer with Brie de Meaux sauce and home fries, or the roasted cod with pesto and sun-dried vegetables. Unless you're tempted by homemade fish & chips? The burgers, both vegan and seafood, are perfect for those with a small appetite. Service is top-notch. Bar and tea room during the day, a break on the terrace is always appreciated!

Une brasserie extraordinaire : de part son cadre ; de la présentation de ses plats, décorés avec goût et talent ; un vrai régal pour les papilles , cuisine à base de produits frais ; un coût tout à fait honorable et cerise sur le gâteau, une équipe compétente et très agréable . Bref, il faut y aller !!!!!!

One of my favourite places to eat lunch in Pau - it’s typically full of loyal customers and you should book to avoid waiting, particularly between 12:00-13:30. The food is pretty typical of a brasserie, but very well prepared and presented. The team are welcoming, fun and efficient. (It’s also a great place to have a coffee in the morning or a drink on a summer’s afternoon).
