Exceptional restaurant where French cuisine is honoured from the starter to the dessert.

It goes without saying that Stéphane Carrade's arrival at Villa Navarre did not go unnoticed, since it was accompanied by the award of a Michelin star! The fruit of immense hard work and a passion for creating exceptional dishes. The fine history of the Maison Ruffet, originally based in Jurançon, continues in this villa in Pau, nestled in a wooded park. Chef Christophe Canati and his team prepare a unique 6-course Gascon-inspired gastronomic menu that evolves over time. Delights include Casanova oysters, wild Adour salmon with sheep's greuil, roast pigeon or fine beet mousseline with geranium... Bravissimo!

Magnifique restaurant à Pau, superbe vue sur les Pyrénées, un cadre idyllique au calme.. Ce qui se fait rare désormais à Pau. Je recommande vivement aux vacanciers à pau car le restaurant n'est plus à présenter aux béarnais dont je fais partie ;)
Seul bémol le prix mais c'est un restaurant gastronomique !
