It's the brasserie version of the Fin Gourmet gourmet restaurant. A neighbor of the legendary Pau establishment, Anaïak boasts the same excellence, but with a shorter menu. The kitchen is run by Patrick and Laurent Ithurriague, brothers as "Anaïak" means in Basque. These magicians of the table work with fresh local produce, and if the brasserie differs from the restaurant, the point is the same: quality is at the service of the talent of the professionals in the kitchen.
