The Hacienda is a tapas bar and a restaurant that has been proudly decorated from the street with its facade decorated as an Oriental palace. Inside, a long bar is a perfect place to share a drink with friends and a large tapas plate. Behind is the dining room. A small music of the atmosphere between salsa, flamenco, Spain and the 80 s accompanies the meal pleasantly. On the map you will find original dishes in the "bistronomique" spirit to the Spanish sauce. You can also find the burgers that can be served with lomo instead of steak, the Iberian Pie, the Saint, or chipirons with sweet peppers. On the other hand, the classics of the southwest are not, like the beef coast, the tartar, or magret, in particular. The formula of the house is irresistible, pintxos, tortilla, charcuterie, rabas (from the plate flat flat plate) followed by of lomo and chicken and Basque cake! The hotel was very close to the main train station and the main attractions of the city. A nice address for a slightly discounted meal.

Accueil déplorable, on ressent +++ la mauvaise ambiance dans l'équipe (et surtout entre cuisine et service), les serveuses désagréables, qui râlent car à 22h30 nous sommes encore à table... On a bien compris qu'il fallait faire vite ! Dommage on était 7, avec l'intention de manger + rester au bar pour la soirée. On a bien fait de finir notre soirée ailleurs ! ????
Quant à la cuisine, le guacamole a zéro goût, les chipirons n'ont le goût qu'à l'ail, et l'entrecôte du caoutchouc. Nous avons demandé 2 entrecôtes saignantes 2 entrecôtes à point.... Même ça c'était trop demandé vu que nous avons tout eu saignant. Pour les desserts, le "fondant" au chocolat était vraiment pas bon. Même les fondants de supermarché sont meilleurs.
Si vous souhaitez un resto/bar sympa avec bonne cuisine, bonne ambiance et équipe agréable, passez votre chemin.
