In keeping with the pleasant service, the plates honor the delights of the region: foie gras, duck breast and gizzards, original and appealing dishes like the vintage burger prepared with ventrèche and Pyrenean cheese. The homemade fries are excellent, and the desserts a delight, like the chocolate fondant with its cupcake-like chantilly, or the homemade pain perdu.
