In the historic center of Pau, this restaurant, housed in a 16th-century house, specializes in grilled meats, mostly served on skewers! Fans will be delighted to sample excellent pork, beef, mutton, lamb and duck skewers, as well as offal and original fish skewers for balance. Salmon, cuttlefish, scallops, monkfish... only the sea bass is whole, and it's to die for! The distinctive feature of our dishes is the way they are cooked. Everything is grilled in the imposing fireplace at the entrance. The service is also very friendly, making this a very fine establishment in the city of Pau.

J'aurais bien mis 4* car les cœurs de canard étaient bons, cuits comme je l'avais demandé mais faire payer un supplément de 2€ pour changer d'accompagnement à cause d'une allergie c'est pas commerçant... (oui une simple pomme de terre sans sauce, ça donne pas envie !) J'ai eu donc des haricots pour 2€ de plus
