Located in Pau's allée Alfred-de-Musset, opposite the Parc Beaumont in the former Jeu de Paume restaurant, Padelle is a showcase for Italian gastronomy. Nolwenn and Fabrizio offer Mediterranean cuisine that explores the great Italian classics: pasta - cooked in a frying pan, hence the restaurant's name - antipasti, including the famous burrata, a fine range of pizzas and many other dishes, each more delicious than the last. We particularly like the setting of this restaurant, which takes us on many journeys! Firstly, in terms of taste, with a return trip to Rome or Naples, but also in terms of time, thanks to the history of the premises. A beautiful address.

L’accueil est chaleureux, le service rapide et attentionné. Une très bonne adresse pour les amateurs de cuisine italienne !
Les pizzas ne sont pas très bonnes. La pâte ne lève pas, je suppose qu'elle est faite le jour même. Elle est donc sèche sur l'extrémité. Il y a beaucoup trop de fromage et la pizzas est donc trop bourrative. La charcuterie en revanche est de qualité.
