We already knew that this Canadian restaurant is the best poutinerie in Béarn. But now it's making an impact on the international scene, winning the prize for the best poutine in the world (excluding Canada) at Poutine Week 2023 and placing 3rd on the podium at the 2024 competition! Poutine is served in the dining room or on the terrace, just a stone's throw from the château on rue Henri IV. To the traditional recipe of home-fried potatoes and cheese curds topped with brown sauce, you can add many extras: maple bacon, fried onions or sugar shack-style fried egg. The price is right, and the portions are hearty enough to make lumberjacks salivate!
