A restaurant preparing duck in all its forms, with home-made products and formulas that vary according to the season.
At Laiguilhon, duck has been available in all its forms for over 60 years. In duck breast or steak, but also in nuggets, tataki, clafoutis and puff pastries with ceps. Not forgetting the whole semi-cooked foie gras which is one of the many medals obtained by the establishment. Attention, the number of seats is limited, remember to reserve!
The daily and express formulas vary according to the season. In addition to the home-made products, we are delighted to offer tasty cheeses from the Laiterie Paloise and the beautiful apple and Armagnac tourtière from the Bizot house. It's hard to resist the Béarnese attractions of the store before leaving...
