Right next to the Château, La Bergerie is a showcase for Béarn cuisine. You'll find dishes prepared with lamb from the Ossau valley, duck, sheep's cheese from the Pyrenees... These first-rate ingredients are the basis of many of their traditional dishes, including garbure. This thick soup, a staple of the region, is simmered here with seasonal vegetables, white beans, ham and local spices. A real treat! It's a comforting dish, perfect for cold winter days! The restaurant totally embodies the warm spirit of Béarn cuisine, from starters to dessert, with a farmhouse cream with apples and Armagnac!

Nous sommes venus un samedi midi pour déguster une raclette pour deux. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par une personne charmante et qui a été aux petits soins tout au long du repas. Le cadre est familial, les accompagnements pour la raclette étaient copieux et le fromage délicieux, le tout pour un tarif juste. Nous reviendrons et on ne peut que conseiller la Bergerie. Iba a poner 4 estrellas pero pongo 5 para compensar comentarios de algunas personas que he leído… Es un lugar para comer buenos productos, cocinados como si te los hiciera tu abuela, casero, sin presentaciones sofisticadas. Hemos comido 7 personas hoy y todas muy contentas.
