It is three years since Mr Lafollet revives our Grandmothers'kitchen. Everything is done home from fresh products. The master of the places makes his creed. The opportunity to discover or rediscover the dishes of our soils which have made the reputation of the place like the Tripoux of Auvergne, the head of calf, the cassoulet but also the classic couscous of the house. un restaurant comme il en faudrait beaucoup, la cuisine est cuisinée avec passion et cela ce voit dans les propriétaires. un accueil souriant, une ambiance, ont y est bien. j'y retournerai

Nous avons fourni les récipients, le cassoulet était prêt à l'heure prévue. Cassoulet excellent, très bien garni et très copieux (malgré un fort appétit des convives, il en est resté)
