Born 5,000 years B.C. from the encounter between alcohol and the air of time, vinegar is the result of a formidable natural alchemy that stings wine and turns it sour (vin-aigre). Jean-Philippe, an award-winning craftsman of taste, owns a handful of vinegar factories in France and produces some fifteen different vinegars fermented in oak barrels using fresh, local produce, with no additives, colorants or sugar. Our vinegars are produced on the spot with local products, of quality and fresh fermented fruits.
My range is composed of apple or cider vinegar, beer vinegar, wine vinegar, pear vinegar, pepper vinegar, cherry vinegar and blueberry vinegar. They are fermented in oak barrels according to the Orleans method. The refining continues several years in barrels selected for their old container as the cognac for the apple-cinnamon vinegar, the whiskey for the pear vinegar...
My ambition is to offer you the best possible product elaborated with healthy products and in the respect of the environment.
