The fireplace and stone walls complete this setting by giving it the appearance of an inn. The menu will enchant you, with dishes that honour the terroir, such as the hot pudding with apples or the trio of foie gras, the hen in the pot revisited.... The preparations are original and varied, a pleasure both visual and to the taste. The cuisine is seasonal, we take the opportunity to discover traditional recipes as well. The establishment also includes a hotel with 17 rooms, quiet and very pleasant. A real beautiful home in the Pyrenees.
