Surrounded by the Basque mountains in the heart of the Itxassou valley, not far from the famous Pas de Roland, at the gateway to Spain, this venta is the very image of a (Spanish) inn: convivial and family-friendly. Large tables and plates for tribes or romantic duos. Seasonal menus and dishes featuring local products, such as portions for mountain dwellers, XXL prime rib, suckling pig, lamb cooked over a wood fire. Local and Spanish wines on the table. To speed up your digestion, there's plenty of hiking to be done, or... a siesta!
