Jean-Michel welcomes you to his home in the Labourdine region, where he offers quality family bistro cuisine with a local accent. Make sure you've got a hearty appetite, as the dishes are made to order. Using local produce, he concocts, for example, an œuf cocotte with foie gras or chorizo as a starter, a duck daube, an oxtail pot-au-feu and, for dessert, a fruit soup. Thanks to Itxassou's cherry cultivation, Jean-Michel also makes an excellent Beltza cherry liqueur and cherries in brandy... out of sight.

Les assiettes bistrot de pays sont très sympas et parfaites pour un repas de midi, le service est agréable, l'ambiance bistrot très détendue vient compléter la liste des ingrédients qui font qu'on se sent bien dans ce lieu. Je recommande.
