The owners, Mixel and Jean-Jacques Usandisaga, work up authentic suggestions: chipirons, axoa, local suckling lamb, lamb sweetbreads with boletus mushrooms, eels, duck breast, boletus omelette, charcuterie and Bayonne ham... The terrace is as pleasant by day as it is by night, when illuminated, with its swimming pool.
