Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit, très belle maison, le chambre très confortable, des hôtes très agréable. L'emplacement est très bien pour visiter les alentours. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et très bon avec des produits du terroir.

Es un hotel con mucho encanto en un lugar precioso y tranquilo. Cristina es un amor, magnifica atención y el desayuno compuesto de productos caseros es espectacular. La habitación amplia y muy limpia. Todo genial. Lo recomiendo 100%

????: Tanto Cristina como Xabier fueron unos anfitriones encantadores. Nos recibió Xabier y nos enseñó la casa y nuestra habitación (la cual nos encantó). La habitación ambientada en la época y con todo el confort de la actualidad, baño en la habitación y la cama muy cómoda. Estuvimos encantados pero lo mejor sin duda fue el desayuno que nos prepararon al día siguiente. Pudimos conversar mientras desayunábamos y nos dieron algunos consejos de visitas. Sin duda repetiremos en otra ocasión. Mil esker!.

????: Het ontbijt is geweldig, kamer met uitzicht op de bergen, we kregen een kamer met bas, maar omdat we wat ouder zijn hadden we liever een kamer met douche, gelukkig kon dat zonder probleem opgelost worden, de Pyreneeën zijn een mooie beleving geweest, we hebben een hele mooie week gehad, de gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij alles..

????: Cristina is an amazing host; although they had an unexpected personal issue; she made sure we were greeted and shown the property on a timely manner . We all loved the place; it has a cozy and warm salon/dinner area were the owners very you can have an apperitif ; a great balcony to relax in warmer weather, and a lovely park around the property. We also loved the fact that on every corner we could find very interesting reference books (some in French, Spanish, English and or Basque); the bedrooms are spacious , well kept and tastefully decorated. We loved the breakfast , not only copious but truly tasty and with Cristina's personal touch. We will definetely recommend and will comeback soon to discover more of the beautiful Basque Countryside.

Where to start!
Obviously, this is a Chambre D'hote, not a five star hotel, so I am rating it as such.
We checked-in, & Xavier welcomed us.
He was very chatty, & offered lots of recommendations as what to see.
He is particluarly knowledgeble, & enthusiatic about things Basque.
I must just mention, we have recently been on a touring holiday of Northern Spain, & at least 2 of the guest-houses, had NO hosts on site, which I find unacceptable.

Our bathroom, with a large bath, was very comfortable, & spacious!

Cristinia, offers the best continental breakfast I have enjoyed anywhere!

We are already planning a return visit....
????: On occasion, Aire Berria offers authentic Brazilian dinners:
Unfortunatly, our stay did not coincide with their schedule.
- Next time, we will tayler our stay to ensure we get one of these!.

Ahora entiendo porque tiene tan buenas puntuaciones, no me dejan publicar mi experiencia, ni las fotos. Supuestamente estoy rompiendo las normativas, pues nada, solo nos alojamos una noche y salimos llenos de picaduras, no es oro todo lo que reluce, al llegar no tenía las habitaciones preparadas y en 5' una persona no limpia dos habitaciones correctamente, el desagüe de la ducha del ático no va y llego el agua hasta la cama, a la hora de dormir no teníamos almohadas, solo unos cojines????... el desayuno y el trato correcto, pero con la limpieza justa pocas ganas de comer quedan.

House is from 19th century, very charming, fantastic view on the mountains and countryside, very relaxing. All amenities (bathroom, toilets) completely up to date, fully renovated up to 2023 standards.
Great hosts, likeable, eager to help, giving tips to visit the region.
Definitely one of the finest experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Queríamos alojarnos en un lugar pintoresco y con todas las buenas reseñas ni nos lo pensamos. Al llegar al palacete nos invadieron los mosquitos durante la más de media hora que tuvimos que esperar fuera para el checkin, creíamos que ni llegarían al ver que fuera parecía estar abandonado, telas de araña y dejadez. La anfitriona al llegar se disculpó, muy correcto, pero resulta que también tuvimos que esperar a que " arreglara " las habitaciones, vamos, en 5 minutos,2 habitaciones ,ya os podéis imaginar que clase de higienización hay, al entrar en una de las habitaciones, la azul,un fuerte malolorl, a buhardilla mucho mejor hasta la hora de la ducha, el agua literalmente se desbordó del plato de ducha y llego a la cama, la cual no disponía de almohada, solo unos cojines que quien sabe. La cama era cómoda y las instalaciones son bonitas, pero les hace falta un repaso, la atención de la anfitriona es muy buena, te sirve el desayuno con su música clásica de fondo, es como una película, no está mal, pero con lo visto, pocas ganas quedan de comer.
