Just before the Spanish border, in the pretty village of Espelette where the traditional little pepper was born, Officiate Monique and Pierre Aguerre. In their typical Basque farm they raise fat ducks and then turn them into artisanales recipes. You can visit them by appointment to discover their delicious products: Gras, gras, breasts, and piment piment, of course, and pepper jam to accompany your delicate foie gras!
