nous avons passé un très agréable séjour ; magnifique vue depuis la fenetre de notre chambre, quartier pittoresque, nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre(mise à disposition d'une bouilloire electrique avec tisane et café), les chambres ont une décoration personnalisée très sympa.

Petit hôtel familial. Les chambres sont conformes aux photos publiées et très bonne propreté. Petit déjeuner très complet.
Seul bémol un parking étroit et rempli rapidement si vous arrivez en retard il faudra faire marche arrière en côte pour vous garer dans la rue 100m plus loin

Chambre vétuste et manque de propreté (miroir sale, bouilloire d'eau non-vidée après les précédents clients, linge de toilette non-changé pourtant disposé dans le bac à douche comme sollicité...).
La vue, mis à part de la salle à manger, n'a rien de grandiose comme indiqué sur le site. Il faut se pencher à la fenêtre pour voir la baie de Saint Jean de Luz.
Le personnel féminin n'est ni professionnel, ni convivial, pas même avenant.
Le petit-déjeuner est excessivement cher au regard de la quantité
mais les produits sont en revanche locaux.

Chambre 1 du 20 au 22 septembre :
Mulots ou équivalent dans les cloisons la nuit, odeurs de tuyauterie.
Accès routier par voie à croisements délicats, parking trop exigu, chaussée défoncée.
Accès pédestre à réserver aux alpinistes.
Abords non tondus ni désherbés.
Et tout cela sans aucune compassion ni solution.
A vous de voir...
Nous n'y retournerons jamais .
