Facing the bay, Cidrerie Ispeguy makes it a point of honor to offer local products cooked the authentic way. Tuna loin, beef cheek with cider, chipirons a la plancha - everything is fresh, grilled and concocted in the large open kitchens. It's worth noting that there aren't many cider houses in Iparralde with the atmosphere found at Hegoalde: large wooden tables, traditional decor, simple but tasty menus... Parking payant en face du restaurant, facilement accessible tout comme le restaurant pour personne à mobilité réduite. Il est vivement conseillé de réserver avant de s'y rendre. Très bonne cuisine.
