Restaurant marked by the authenticity of the traditions and the quality of the dishes for a tasty cuisine.

This famous table has been a fixture of the Ciburian landscape since 1930 by Marguerite Olascuaga. She used to prepare small dishes for the local fishermen. A simple and tasty cuisine. The restaurant Chez Margot has grown over the years, its capacity has increased and its cuisine has become known. 80 years later, the three grandsons have taken over. The seafood parillada is the signature dish, but so is the filet of sole with lemongrass and ink risotto, hake with serrano sauce and ink, and turbot with lobster.

Le restaurant joliment décoré est propre et très bien situé. La cuisine est très bonne et le personnel ADORABLE. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Seul petit bémol, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de plats végétariens à part la salade de chèvre chaud. Merci pour votre accueil des plus chaleureux

Restaurant propre avec un très bon accueil. Excellente cuisine et bon service, assiettes copieuses bien présentées. Grande salle intérieure et grande terrasse extérieure. Fort de Socoa et port à bateaux à côté. Très agréable.
