Facing the bay, Cidrerie Ispeguy makes it a point of honor to offer local products cooked the authentic way. Tuna loin, beef cheek with cider, chipirons a la plancha - everything is fresh, grilled and concocted in the large open kitchens. It's worth noting that there aren't many cider houses in Iparralde with the atmosphere found at Hegoalde: large wooden tables, traditional decor, simple but tasty menus... Une très bonne expérience culinaire ! Nous nous sommes arrêtés là pour le déjeuner lors d’une visite de la région. La soupe de poisson était savoureuse, le risotto aux gambas était crémeux et délicieux, et le fondant chocolat était tout simplement parfait. Le service était attentif et chaleureux, ajoutant à l'ambiance agréable du lieu. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous les amateurs de bonne cuisine et d'atmosphère conviviale. Un vrai régal pour les papilles !

Superbe restaurant, la cuisine était de qualité malgré une carte réduite de par la fin de saison. Nous avons très bien mangé !
