Christophe and Valérie Léon took over one of the best butchers in Laval in 2007, the one Jean-Claude Artuit had been able to lead to excellence for thirty years. Six years after this change, please note that the quality is always at the meeting, as well as the good child who reigns in the shop. If special care is given to beef and pork, the lamb is not left, and one of the home's specialities (to be roasted in the fireplace in the winter or in the summer barbecue) remains marinated épigrammes.
