BOUCHERIE D'AVESNIÈRES

In 2007, Christophe and Valérie Léon took over one of Laval's best butcher shops, the one that Michel Artuit had led to excellence for thirty years. Six years on, the quality is still there, as is the friendly atmosphere in the store. While particular attention is paid to beef and pork, lamb is not to be outdone, and one of the house specialties (to be grilled in the fireplace in winter, or on the barbecue in summer) remains marinated epigrams. A real treat!
