Founded in 2011 by the founder of the Warner, the Envol is located near the Zoom de Derbré (roundabout), in the building that also houses Le Baker de Pierre. The room is - like the bar - huge, and also includes a floor. All of this space has at least one merit: allow to chat with his neighbour without being heard by his nearest neighbor… Side card, it's a little La Samaritan, because we find everything! " Big salads "and five kinds of burgers, pancakes and pizzas, patties and mussels (including a version of the sausage - Andalusia - which smells too little of the latter because of the cream), a" corner of the butcher "and the fish, without forgetting the very hearty ice cuts (La Breton is perfect!). Il y a un repas végétarien, les pizzas sont très bonnes
Brasserie donc vite bruyant.
Arrivé à 12h30 réparti a 16h15 !!! Nous etions seulement 2 personnes.
Non pas que j'appréciai les lieux et restais par volonté mais sans cesse oublié par les serveurs, 1h pour servir 2 boissons - 45 min pour juste apporter la carte des desserts, et encore je précise que c'est moi qui ai du relancer a chaque fois !
Tout ca pour des plats préparés moyen...
Le pire :
A mon arrivé pour payer l'addition, expliquant ma légère déception a la caisse :
Aucune excuse de la part du personnel.
La seule réponse a été : « Il y a eu du monde c'est comme ca...»
Pour un client fidèl comme moi, ex client maintenant, c'est un manque de professionnalisme. Une honte pour le monde de la restauration.
