L’accueil était chaleureux, la déco magnifique, le petit déjeuner délicieux

Je partage mon expérience avec cet hôtel et surtout la direction. Notre vol a été annulé à la dernière minute, nous avons informé l'hôtel de cette problématique mais la direction n'a rien voulu savoir. La facturation a été totalement émise sans même un avoir ou un compromis.
Je ne le conseille pas.
