J’ai donc réservé le 30/09 sur le site internet de l’hôtel . J’ai eu une crise hypertensive la nuit qui a suivi , SOS médecins est venu et a détecté une suspicion d’AVC pour laquelle j’ai été hospitalisée le lendemain .
J’ai immédiatement prévenu l’hôtel et il m’a été répondu que je ne pourrai bénéficier ni d’un remboursement ni d’un avoir sauf si la chambre venait à être relouée.
Je n’ai eu ensuite aucune nouvelle .
Je suis atterrée et révoltée par une telle attitude non seulement totalement anti commerciale mais sans aucune empathie.
Un avoir aurait été le bienvenu et tout à fait normal compte tenu des circonstances .
De toute ma vie - et j’ai toujours voyagé - je n’ai jamais rencontré ce type de comportement.
J’ai donc prévenu tous les services touristiques de Biarritz ainsi que les médias de cet état de fait .
