Hôtel du groupe ACCOR avec superbe déco, lits hyper confortables . Vue sur l’océan en hauteur! En revanche, douche qui ne fonctionne pas Et pas de chauffage, cela est décevant.

Bien situé avec un parking juste à coté. Bien insonorisé., petit dej copieux, accessibilité au centre ville, Mais... chambre "900" haut de gamme à revoir notamment pour les papiers peints qui se décollent, ampoule grillée, drap abîmé, boisson entamée....

Biarritz is a jewel, and having a 4-star hotel in the center requires the respect of Biarritz citizens, leadership, and customers. I mean that the Mercure President Hotel has to raise the challenge.

The service we received at the reception, as well as in our room, was first class.

The area of improvement is the breakfast; our advice would be to hire ASAP a 4 Stars Chief who would rebuild the image France portrays in the world regarding preparing and offering food.

Next, and not the most difficult as parking is next to the hotel, is making a deal with the parking company so the hotel can offer parking to its customers. Some hotels of this class offer parking to their customers, but even a reasonable cost to the customers would be acceptable.

Pulicitité mensonge. Il n'a pas de parking privé. On a dû payer 33 euros pour le parking. Le drap du lit était troué. Très décu pour le prix qu'on a payé pour l'hôtel, c'est mieux de prendre le mercure plaza que président. On a payé 370 euros la nuit + 33 euros le parking. Il n'y a pas de bar et de restaurant dans l'hôtel. Il faut aller au mercure Plaza. Les personnes d'acceuil sont tres gentils. C'est le seul point possitif.

Bien situé en centre ville et bien desservi par l'excellent réseau de transport public de la ville, on peut visiter facilement Biarritz et les villes des alentours et même d'Espagne. Le personnel de l'hôtel est serviable et accueillant. Un plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel..

Very well located, city center of Biarritz and facing the sea. Very pleasant stay, very welcoming staff and very comfortable rooms in a quiet... and hearty breakfast.
