Hotel with terrace with completely renovated rooms with balcony offering a beautiful view on the sea in Biarritz.
With an exceptional location, the Place Sainte-Eugénie, its kiosk and musical entertainment in season, and overlooking the fishermen's harbour and the ocean . You are at the Hotel de l'Océan which bears its name well, with a huge terrace on the square and a restaurant. On the floors, 26 rooms, entirely renovated in an Atlantic style, simple and cosy - 4 double "superior" with balcony, 4 double "comfort", 1 with private patio and 1 duplex; 5 on the courtyard side and 10 with a beautiful sea view. We climb up a staircase all of wooden slats to discover rooms different in their decoration, but united by the same spirit that combines comfort, calm and perfect equipment. We like their decoration which harmoniously combines raw wood, boutis and cushions with flowery or striped fabrics. Each room is unique and has the best equipment. Flat screen TV with Canal+ and cable channels, duvets and small decorative objects declined in a seaside spirit... Simply superb. The welcome is warm and familial. And the rates are controlled due to the location and the services.

Accueil de qualité mais par une personne parlant difficilement le français ne comprenant pas tout.
Chambre chère et petite avec parquet élimé, ménage douteux (nourriture trouvée sous le lit, joint de douche moisis, porte papier toilette ne tenant pas), coffre fort ne fonctionnant pas dans la chambre.
Le système de clé à l'ancienne est totalement obsolète et ferme difficilement la chambre.
Très peu d'isolation phonique entre les chambres au même étage, et entre les étages.
TV petite et posée sur une table.
Siège de chambre avec arceaux métalliques sans coussin (impossible d'y rester assis plusieurs minutes)
Pas de placard mais placard constitué de barres de bois certes design mais vrai nid à poussière.
Petit déjeuner de qualité.
