In the heart of Biarritz and close to the Casino and oceanfront shops, in a quiet street overlooking a small garden on one side and the street on the other, this residence boasts a sober and classy interior with brand new, pleasantly decorated apartments, all in ocean blue tones. These apartments can accommodate five people, on 45 m², and have a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, as well as a living room and an American kitchen (perfectly equipped) opening onto a balcony. There is a very pleasant terrace at the back, which you may not necessarily imagine from the street, nestled in a small green valley, and a pleasant reception area on the ground floor, next to the breakfast room. Possibility of extras: cleaning, private garage, public car park, maintenance kit, animals, etc. At 10 min from the beaches, excellent value for money.

Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider werden wohl keine wirklichen Instandhaltungsarbeiten gemacht. Z.B.: lässt sich eine Schiebetüre des Schrankes nicht öffnen oder der Abfluss in der Dusche funktioniert nur mässig oder der Duschkopf ist deutlich veraltet. Daher hatte das Hotel sicher früher einmal 4 Sterne verdient, heute würde ich es auf 3 Sterne einordnen.
Ansonsten war er sauber, Bettwäsche, genügend Handtücher, das Bett hat eine sehr gute Qualität.
Mein Aufenthalt war Ende Sommer und es war nicht mehr so heiss.
Im Sommer könnte es in den Zimmern mit Gartenblick ziemlich heiss werden, da man den ganzen Tag volle Sonne hat. Es gibt einen geräumigen Balkon mit grünem Blick auf den Garten, der noch schöner wäre, wenn es einen Sonnenschutz hätte.
Die Apartments scheint mir für 2 - 3 Personen sehr geeignet, für 4 Personen aber wohl eher zu eng. Die Etagen Kinderbetten sind in einer fensterlosen sehr kleinem Raumecke ohne Türe. Die Apartments sind ansonsten gut isoliert und wenn man nicht gerade Party Nachbaren hat, dann ist es verhältnismässig ruhig. Auto und Motorrad Verkehr wird man in der ganzen Stadt wohl immer etwas hören, da die Stadt viele kleine hügelige Strassen hat.
Trotz der Abstriche würde ich also wieder das Hotel wählen, fände aber einen niedrigeren Preis angemessen. ????
