Délicieux, un très bon moment et une cuisine toujours aussi soignée. J’ai regretté le parmesan et la câpre sur le tartare… mais j’espère qu’il s’agissait juste d’un oubli, c’est tellement bon ;)

Pour un lieu central de Biarritz, une calamité, j'ai du tomber sur un stagiaire.... St jacques hyper salées immangeables, le service n'y était pour rien, décevant mais pas habituel.
