Not to be missed in Biarritz. The reason? Few facades have so much character and the columns that have given it its name are breathtaking. Since it has been renovated and the change of owner, having already a beautiful establishment in Pau, we remain under the charm of this place. Here, Art Deco has invited itself into this immense room from which you can see the ocean. The silvery benches are immense, as are the superb black and white photos, depicting Biarritz from another era: the place is as beautiful as the atmosphere is friendly. On the slates, in addition to the meats, you will find the house's flagship specialities: mussels in cream sauce, hake à l'espagnole, chipirons à la plancha, bonito fillets.
