Helmed by Rémy Escale, with a Michelin-starred CV and his childhood friend, the Biarritz restaurant l'Entre-Deux follows in the footsteps of refined, subtle "bistronomy" with successful, creative cuisine. Squid tagliatelle, scallop carpaccio with vanilla olive oil, langoustine and foie gras with artichokes glacé au jus, Ciboure blue lobster, poultry stuffed with smoked bacon, garlic and parsley... Devenu notre point de chute sur Biarritz encore hier soir ,nous avons passé un excellent moment .
C est toujours un régal pour les papilles avec un chef passionné par les goûts ,les accords ,la présentation au top et un service irréprochable.

Great food although most of it was raw or prepared with ingredients not very suitable for a pregnant woman, which was my case. Will for sure come back once I can try other things. Nonetheless, what I could eat was great. Definitely recommend the pear tart!
