Helmed by Rémy Escale, with a Michelin-starred CV and his childhood friend, the Biarritz restaurant l'Entre-Deux follows in the footsteps of refined, subtle "bistronomy" with successful, creative cuisine. Squid tagliatelle, scallop carpaccio with vanilla olive oil, langoustine and foie gras with artichokes glacé au jus, Ciboure blue lobster, poultry stuffed with smoked bacon, garlic and parsley... Incontournable sur Biarritz.
Carte parfaite, chacun y trouve son bonheur. Rémi le chef est doué, simplement doué.
Le service est de haute qualité, discret et efficace.
Le professionnalisme du chef de rang est appréciable, on sent immédiatement l'expérience et le savoir-faire.
