Near Biarritz train station, near the Iraty craftsmen's village, is located the Alanvie restaurant, an establishment and Service d'Aide par le Travail (ESAT). It is the Suerte association which is at the initiative of this project. In a brasserie style, you are sure to have an excellent time, because the treat is there. In the kitchen, Pascal and Christel work with their team every lunchtime. Together, they compose varied dishes worked with fresh and quality products. Every day, the menu changes and you have meat and fish à la carte. In a plate always aesthetic, a traditional and elaborated cooking is proposed to you: butternuts velouté, quiche lorraine, basque chipirons and rice with chorizo and side desserts, Fontainebleau red fruit coulis and chocolate chips. Alanvie is more than a restaurant, it is a convivial place for sharing and exchanging around a refined and authentic cuisine.
