Here's a restaurant that calls by name first. Un jour à Peyrassol simply refers to a winery in the South-East of which you will find all the explanations on the placemats. By its concept as well, simple and well-established. No menu here, but daily proposals on the slate, 4 courses and one more suggestion in the evening. Thus for example, we discovered, the small plates to be shared, around a glass. A convivial table just a stone's throw from the prestigious Hôtel du Palais, in an exceptional, refined and elegant setting.

Qualité moyenne, petite quantité, la moitié des coques des palourdes étaient vides. La qualité a baissé et les prix eux ont augmenté. Déçue alors que l on y mangeait régulièrement pour des des pro.

des produits de qualité et raffinés, la présentation des antipastis est extrêmement jolie ! petite mention spéciale pour les croquettes au chorizo :)
