Quebec in the Basque Country! This generous address never ceases to surprise. Our chef, a pure Québécoise in love with the region, and her 100% Basque companion, spice up the famous Poutine, an emblematic Quebec dish (rather hearty for lumberjack appetites) made with local products: fresh French fries, fresh cheddar, or "couic couic", from one of the region's best cheese dairies, and Gravy sauce with Basque influences. Our advice: avoid a hearty breakfast or snack before lunch or dinner. Tabernak!

Je ne suis pas venu manger. En fait je n'ai jamais poser les pieds en France. J'ai une amie qui est passé manger dans votre établissement et a dit et je cité "y'avait du paprika et de la ciboulette bref pas de la poutine" moi je vous dit continuer d'essayer
