Un régal iodé à géométrie variable grâce aux petites assiettes qui le compose. Pour picorer autour d’un verre de vin ou s’envoyer un banquet entre copains, tous les coups sont permis. Dans une ambiance tamisée si plus est.

Tout y est excellent : la cuisine surprenante et délicieuse, le service et les conseils.
Des produits originaux à la cuisson parfaite, des sauces maitrisées... vous allez vous régaler. Effectivement, le sabayon au miso des coques est à tomber.

Un très bon moment chez Carøe. Les plats sont merveilleusement exécutés, nous nous sommes régalés. Le service était vraiment très sympathique et attentionné. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

En cuanto a la cocina, 10/10. Hemos pedido almejas, vieiras, berenjenas, trucha, bonito y tiramisú. Ha sido una experiencia deliciosa, han sabido combinar sabores tradicionales para nosotros con otros nuevos, justo lo que buscábamos.
Precio adecuado para la calidad del producto, cantidad y técnicas utilizadas.
