A convivial restaurant in the heart of Biarritz, this is first and foremost a historic neighborhood bistro, where you can meet friends and share a meal. En week-end à Biarritz, nous avons passez un excellent moment en famille autour des bonnes assiettes au bistrot du Haou: filets de bœuf de Galice tendre à souhait, plat végétarien, chipirons avec ses légumes croquants et son riz noir et quelques assiettes à grignoter (jambon Ibaïama de la maison Ospital, anchois de Getaria peu salés avec des zestes de citron vert un vrai régal).
Cadre feutré ,ambiance décontractée, cuisine créative et authentique et un bel accueil. En un mot Excellent!!!!!
