The Hernani restaurant is made for you, both by its decoration made of Espelette chilli peppers, paintings by local artists such as Aski, large tables and benches in dark wood. In the heart of the town, before your meal, you can enjoy the Hernani sangria accompanied by real tapas at the counter with its barrels and the typical Basque "homemade" dishes cooked with ingredients from local producers. You can choose from chipirons a la plancha, the unmissable omelette with porcini mushrooms, prawns, paella (vegetarian), Spanish sea bream, piquillos stuffed with cod or even pantagruello beef ribs and sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms. Don't forget the traditional ewe's curd, chocolate mousse or crème brûlée. An establishment where it is good to live and eat.
