Pilates is a gentle method of muscle strengthening that produces beneficial effects on both the physical and mental levels. The objective is the development of deep muscles, the improvement of postures, muscular balance and joint flexibility, primarily with machines and adapted to the floor for people already trained. Sofia, a certified Romana's Pilates teacher (original method) after a career as a dancer and many travels have allowed her to discover different cultures and to train in the Pilates method.
