On this roundabout that is also nicely called the foie gras' roundabout, the Laguilhon family installed a museum in a room adjoining its great shop. In a beautiful huge room, shop windows combining blond wood, steel and glass, tell the history of the gastronomy's flagship in Béarn. It is the first address of the kind of this scale in France. It traces the history of foie gras through texts of literature, quotes, photographs, objects and paintings. All furniture and series of panels evoking food and placing it in the department, with its famous characters and wealth! As you leave, you can also visit the store, full of superb gift ideas.
