Olatu means wave in Basque, and inspires our craftsmen to create a wide range of 100% natural fruit juices without colorants, added sugar or preservatives, with over 30 original recipes, far from industrial standards. Local fruit, uncalibrated apples from the Mouguerre orchard and more exotic fruits are the creative basis for our craftsmen, who develop in Anglet and produce in Bardos. To get the day off to a good start, try a detox juice of apple - cucumber - aloe vera or carrot - orange - lemon... To be enjoyed without moderation.
