Born into a family of salt workers, Erwan Bourdic has created the Natursel brand. He offers a wide range of products from the Guérande salt marshes: coarse salt, fleur de sel, natural and flavored fine salt, pickled or natural samphire. Also flavored mustards, seaweed flakes, mixtures for cooking... To top it all off, he offers a visit to the salt pans, accompanied by a salt worker who will explain how the salt pans work. You can even collect salt or fleur de sel with him and taste the salicorne.
