L'AUBERGE DES ISARDS

Laure Eteve and Alexandre Terrassier are the owners of the Auberge des Isards. Since July 2019, the couple have been offering six rooms, a restaurant as well as a grocery-bakery area and a relay point. The auberge also boasts a panoramic view of the Bergon peak. The food is fabulous! Every dish is prepared using local, seasonal produce. From local cheeses to meats, everything comes from Béarn producers. The products are processed in the inn's own kitchens, and the morel egg brouillade is one of the inn's star starters. In addition to the pleasure of taste, the hosts are extremely warm and welcoming. We can't recommend this fabulous inn highly enough.
