Successful trial and confirmation thanks to this young and dynamic team which offers you a local cuisine, "land and sea" based on fresh products and a menu which evolves according to the seasons and the chef's inspiration. The low temperature egg and mushroom fricassee, camembert cromesquis, cabbage stuffed with pig's trotters, fish from the fish market, filet of venison in a crust, roasted sweetbreads... The sweet phase is just as refined with the tiramisu soufflé or the carrot cake revisited. The selection of wines is not negligible. Shaded terrace.
