Gildas is authentic and generous, just like the chef. The menu features traditional, regional market cuisine and local produce, making it difficult to go on a diet. During the hunting season, when the region is abundant in game, the chef prepares partridge, quail or collard greens with cabbage, stuffed saddle of hare, hind steak Rossini or burger, wild boar civet, roast pigeon with porcini mushrooms, and the back-hunting slate. But also the great classics such as the XXL prime rib. This is the home of the master of meat and game.
