Gildas is authentic and generous, just like the chef. The menu features traditional, regional market cuisine and local produce, making it difficult to go on a diet. During the hunting season, when the region is abundant in game, the chef prepares partridge, quail or collard greens with cabbage, stuffed saddle of hare, hind steak Rossini or burger, wild boar civet, roast pigeon with porcini mushrooms, and the back-hunting slate. Superbe endroit, accueil et service au top, bonne cuisine. On recommande.

Nous sommes venues avec ma compagne lundi soir, nous nous sommes régalés de l’entrée au dessert en passant par le plat. Dans un petit restaurant typique basque, avec un cuisinier impressionnant qui assure la cuisine tout seul alors que le restaurant était quasiment plein, l’attente ne s’est même pas fait ressentir. Je recommande.
